Pattern 1007 Spode bone china Teapot & Stand (sadly A/F) in another Imari design introduced by Spode c1806. The ground colour is RED of course, together with lots of rich scrolling gilding & the central reserve appears to have strange 'Willow' like foliage.
This 'lady' may be past her prime but she still has great presence.
The base of this teapot is marked with its pattern number '1007' written in gilt
