Pattern 1050 Spode bone china Bute shape Coffee Can introduced c1807. This is known as P523 'Oak Border' printed in iron-red by the 'Pluck & Dust' method & with gilt edge decoration. Both this design and 'Vine Border' which is illustrated here as pattern 1045 were produced in a range of different colours during subsequent years.

The usual Spode gilding down the kinked handle

Some wear to the gilding around the top rim

This oak leaf & acorn border is very British. Another patriotic design in red of course.

Inside looks fine

Some specks of kiln dust on the base & no manufacturer's marks. Notice how the print has gone over the top inside of the handle again.
